Prima, simply translated, means first, and with the Eagle One Prima, Victoria Arduino aims to be the first manufacturer to make a beautiful, 100% digital one-group espresso machine for homes and small businesses. Sure, the Prima can brew and steam milk with precision on par with its commercial counterparts, but it also boasts an app that doubles as its display and gateway to programming. The machine has what’s called a “ghost display,” appearing out of the black to show shot time and codes only, so it is in the app that all the important data, such as real-time shot information, boiler temperatures, and pump pressures is displayed.

The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only the heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs.

Focus On Design

At only 20″ on it’s longest side, the E1 Prima is one of the most space-saving espresso machines of this quality. Its small size, however, does not compromise in power. The E1 bridges the gap between home and commercial espresso machines producing powerful, dry steam and café quality espresso with volumetric accuracy.
